− Even though this is a company they could not provide an invoice for the payment even though it clearly says on booking.com they are supposed to!!! Very Unprofessional

1.0− This is very bad standard for money charged smell of damp stains on uncomfortable sofa mould on wall behind fridge flaking into kettle and on to work top double socket in bedroom broken rotten skirting board in bathroom clear sign of damp problem
