9.0It was clean and comfortable and easy to get to the places we needed to get to.
− Two lots of stairs, nothing to do with the house, just would never buy a house with that design. No hanging space/wardrobe in the larger of the two bedrooms.
Perfect Accomodation for Sunderland Area Stay
10.0Absolutely beautiful property in a quiet location but close to local amenities and bus routes. Everything we needed for a weekend away. Pristinely clean. Great communication from owners. Easy access. The added extras like milk , welcome message and the Biscoff biscuits were a welcome treat when we arrived. We enjoyed the comfortable lounge. Great value for money. Can’t praise this place enough. We will definitely be back for a longer visit so that we can spend more time here. Great place if anyone working this way, fabulous office set up, would add more photos if review allowed
− Nothing negative about this property it was perfect for our stay. One thing to note is that it is over 3 stories so would be more difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Entrance has toilet and utility, first floor is kitchen and living area ( great space ) top floor has 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite , office and main bathroom. Couldn’t fault it .
