8.0Nice location, and spacious enough for 4 people. The amenities like the TV and washer and dryer are all relatively new and clean.
− Recycling was hard to understand without the private message on Booking.com. a simple solution would be labeling the trash cans. Also, a bin for paper packaging was missing.

− Siamo arrivati e non avevamo il code per entrare, la struttura non ce lo aveva mandato. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare per sapere il codice, altrimenti non saremmo mai entrati. WiFi non presente, abbiamo mandato un messaggio alla struttura per sapere se c'era, ed il codice per connetterci, non ci ha proprio risposto.
Very convenient and very clean!
10.0The room was warm and, above all, very clean. We usually take off our shoes indoors, and both the floors and the bedding were spotless. The hot water came out with consistent water pressure and a good flow. Each bedroom had its own heating as well. What was especially wonderful was the convenience of the location. Four different bus lines were available within about a five-minute walk. We visited during the aurora season with a small child, so we were worried about the cold and icy roads, but thanks to the buses we were able to go anywhere easily.
− Some accommodations in Tromsø charge an additional fee based on the actual number of guests, even after you enter the number of people and see a price on Booking.com. This was also the case with this place. In France, where I live, the price is usually set per room and does not often change later depending on the number of guests, so this is something to be aware of.
