The location was great, serene and quiet.

− The oven was not clean

The property was superb in both location and the level of furnishings for comfort and space for guests. Towels were soft and fluffy and the bedding was so comfy. Kitchen facilities were generally good. It suited our purposes down to a tee and we would happily re-book if we were doing a group trip again. And that fireplace…..amazing. PS. We found a rubber snake in the cupboard which lead to hours of outrageous fun scaring those that arrive later…absolutely hilarious, so thank you to whomever is responsible for this additional extra :)

− Just a couple of niggly things - there was no ironing board and the iron provided was quite dirty/had scorched fabric marks on the plate . The coffee machine was exceedingly dirty…had to clean out hideously mouldy coffee grinds and a very “soupy” drip tray. The freezer compartment of the fridge where the ice collects(?) is a frozen solid mass of cubes needs to be defrosted, then cleaned. We didn’t use the pizza oven as the stone is quite grotty and needs a good clean/scrape to remove the build up. Also found a bag of ancient kitchen rubbish in the garage…it’s now in the external bin. Don’t want to sound ungrateful, but maybe the owners aren’t aware that these things are a problem?

This property is stunning! so neat and clean, furniture is up to date and stylish. So spacious and cozy at the same time. We loved our stay at vineyard lane.

− The fire place was a bit tricky to get working but once you knew how it wasn’t that bad.

− Some equipment were dirty up on arriving ( coffee steam wand having dried milk all over the spout) Bbq grill was dirty
