− Bed was hard and only seen one member of staff on arrival, then no one was to be seen reception desolate . Hardly any plu sockets in room and bedside lamp hanging off

Very nice stay on - comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely consider staying there again.
8.0It was in a good location for us to visit family. On site parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent service from the hotel staff, particularly Sally who went above and beyond to meet our needs.
− The public bar area was not kept continuously clean, e.g. tables sticky, coffee machine, unwashed cups. Water from the bathroom in bathroom sink taps only came out at a slow dribble.
