10.0Everything! I had a great time with my husband in this place during our stay here! Everything for me was perfect, only thing you need to know is there is not a stove in the apartment to cooking but the rest was perfect

I could not stay, the room was too cold and the heater was not working. Very poor customer care.

− The accommodation was cold. The heater was not working. I called and waited a long time. No one came, no one called me back. I left as the room was freezing cold. I had to book somewhere else to stay. Glad i left as the heater engineer was said to be coming several hours later. I am seeking a refund and the agent keep putting down the phone every time i ring. I have written a letter complaining about this and still no response. Its been 6 weeks now.
