10.0The room was cleaned when we left for the day and our property was nicely packed The stuff was very hospitable and helpful when we needed our hot water to be fixed. The hotel was clean and quiet, which sorted our taste in the overall environment.

8.0The staff, especially the security and receptionist were friendly. The premises are clean, room is well kept and value for money.
− The breakfast buffet could have a little more variety. In a room of 2 people, there were less items on the tea stations (sufficient for only 1 person)

− The rooms have no air conditioning. The old school heater barely did anything to keep the room warm. The bed was quite hard, it was funny actually 😅
