6.0− 1. The cleanliness. The toilet was not clean and there were a toothbrush and bar of body soap that had already used left behind without being thrash away (for quite sometimes). The refrigerator was also not clean. There were spills left by previous occupants that had not been cleaned. Already feedback to the host but no response. 2. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable especially the pillows. The host cloudless consider replacing the pillows with more comfortable ones instead of the old pillows that are already flat.
