1.0− 전반적으로 깨끗한 상태였습니다만 일단 실내 들어가자마자 냄새가 났습니다. 난밤이 안되있어 냉기가 있어서 보일러를 바로 틀고 옷도 갈아입지 못하고 두시간 동안 티비 보면서 실내온도가 올라가기를 기다렸으나 전혀 따뜻하지 않았고 샤워실 온수도 안나왔습니다. 씻을 수도 없었고 수건에서도 냄새가 나서 도저히 숙박이 안될 것같아서 집주인에게 연락하여 컴플레인 제기 하였고 결국엔 환불해 주겠다는 약속 받고 밤11시 쯤 나와서 급하게 다른 숙소 알아보고 이동했습니다
