− I propietari non si sono visti, anche se abbiamo avuto supporto telefonico e l'invio di un video per il ritiro delle chiavi dalla keybox. La tassa di soggiorno si paga separatamente dal conto, su un portale dedicato e facendo tutto per conto proprio.

9.0Walking distance to everything; great views over the church and Umbrian/Lazio landscape) from both the balcony and private rooftop terrace; quiet; spick 'n span clean; spacious; bright; in excellent (renovated/modernized) condition, friendly, modern interior; air conditioning (a rarity in these historical Umbrian hilltop towns); fans; kitchen with everything one needs; washing machine (in bathroom) & dishwasher (in kitchen); internet worked well...etc. Although I never personally met the administrators of the flat, they were always and immediately responsive to all my questions. Also, because no place is ever "100% perfect", the administrators appeared eager to hear my list if recommendations to make the flat even better. Apparently the flat is a relatively new listing for the administrator. It was also delightful to find a book prepared for by the flat's Danish owners. Such a book adds to a flat's personality. ...Excellent value for money at time of booking. I would return to stay there if available and at the same pricing.
− There really is not anything to complain about! Only two slight inconveniences: Electrical outlets: Most outlets had a single socket (come on folks, we're in the electronic age) and there were no outlets within arms length of the bed. Hangars and a place to hang clothes was missing. Not a complaint, just some info. Mattress: Both couch bed and bed are in EXCELLENT CONDITION. However, people who need softer mattresses might find these mattresses a bit hard. They are perfect for who wants a hard mattress. Stairs: 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. The flight up is quite easy. But people with walking impairments might have difficulty. The photo of the apartment's interior shows a staircase. The staircase in the flat leads to the large, private rooftop terrace. Fridge: If unpluged, it takes a full day for the refrigerator to actually get cold.
