5.0Ubicacion espectacular, unas vistas increibles y relajantes. A 5 minutos de varias playas.
− El estado de mantenimiento de la casa fue decepcionante para el precio pagado: -Falta de limpieza absoluta - Cristales sucios - Telas de araña en las esquinas interiores de la terraza del comedor - Escalera de acceso rota y peligrosa - Problemas electricos, saltaban los plomos constantemente - Menaje incompleto (sin tijeras, ni abridor de vino entre otros) Adicionalmente, uso restringido de la propiedad, sin dejar utilizar terraza de arriba y el sotano.

4.0Perfekte Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, nette Strände in der Umgebung, auch gute Lage für Unternehmungen.
− Angesichts des doch beträchtlichen Preises (inklusive Reinigungsgebühr) leider das Haus in "verbesserungsfähigem" Reinigungszustand, vor allem die Außenbereiche (Terrasse, Dachterrasse), Fenster, die Fensterrahmen verstaubt, auch reichlich Staub im Inneren des Hauses. Die Einrichtung alt, billig. Das Wasser hat in den Bädern am Türrahmen ebenfalls seine Spuren hinterlassen.Gastgeber haben wir keinen gesehen, wurde über Schlüsselkästchen problemlos übergeben. Zudem WhatsApp Kontakt.
