GREAT COMPLEX WITH MANY AMENITIES TO RELAX AFTER YOUR LONG JOURNEY FROM EUROPE.
8.0A great place to crash a night after a long flight from Europe. The place is barely a 1 km or so from the airport, which makes this choice obvious. Nobody can beat thier prices for a fairly good, almost almost european level of service. You are quite close to the center of Mactan area, plus also next to all the resturants, services, banks, shops that You could imagine. Bus stops also like 300 m from the hotel. There is a lot of things going on in the main street of this city. We used it as a base to visit nearby attractions of Cebu City and it served us well. The guys at the reception made everything possible to make us feel happy and satisfied. Our room was quite big, with some extra area, fridge, air conditions and so on. The bed was extremely comfortable, even though of course the hotel is not the most modern building in this town;) The price is unbeatable in greater Cebu area! Would love to visit them again! Thans for all the hospitality Guys!
− Luggage service prices, we felt there was some kind of miscommunication/or noise through telephone/or poor english skills, as we left a bag for 4 days, while visiting nearby Boracay Island. Anyway, on our way back, as we also opted to stay there again, we had some flight/discussion with the supervisor Peter, which in Europe would be a big mistake, as the customer is (almost) always right there. We thought there was only 1 payment per service, but we found out it was a charge per day, which led to some abusive/obtrusive behaviour by this nice gentleman. Anyway, some kind of shouting and screaming at us would probably not be acceptable anyway in the world, as this might lead us to telling at least 100 other people simply to avoid any kind of stay or connection wth this hotel anytime in the future....
