DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
2.0The only thing was the ocean view and pool.
− Terribly outdated—needs new mattresses,pillows , furniture, and especially window treatments. The stove, coffee pot, toaster and stove need to be updated. We were made to pay for the last day when we had already left.
Enjoyed the stay.
7.0Location was great. Beach view was amazing. The beach chairs were nice to have. Kitchen was nice also.
− It's a very dated apartment, while we were there, there was work being done on the roof, so the A/C was disconnected, got warm at night. The master bath could of be cleaner. May, a ne shower door, very moldy along the tracks. The sofa was a bit worn down; the cushion's bottomed out in places. They could also update the linens on the beds to a little nicer quality and add some more pillows to the beds. But all in all, it was a nice place.

− Refrigerator didn’t work - they sent a small one that didn’t hold all our food and very little ice - main bathroom water pressure was low bathrooms at pool weren’t open and no lights at pool at night
The condo was very homey and well equipped. The location was perfect!
6.0Location was great! Ocean front and a fabulous view! We love the art and the personal touches. The bed was very comfortable. The condo was equipped with everything you would need.
− The carpets and sofa need cleaned. There was a piece of deck furniture that could not fit outside and was awkward to get around and unsightly in the small condo. One outdoor table was very rusty and needs to be retired. There were some maintenance and condition issues that should’ve been resolved. The large doors to the balcony could not be opened because the locks were broken. There were multiple area rugs that were trip hazards.

9.0the condo building is excellent and well, well cared for.
− Our unit, 403 was old, grossly dirty master bedroom carpet and moldy shower. The hall bath was much better. I paid the same price in March for a top of the line condo in Destin. I was expecting much better. When we walked in the door, I counted 8 roach traps on the floor. I didn’t set any of our stuff on the floor for fear of bugs. I never saw one the entire time we were there, but the traps made me want to turn and run. I will stay at that condo building again, but not that unit.
It was very nice and accommodating. I really liked the layout.
