10.0Любезни и отзивчиви служители, вкусна и разнообразна храна, страхотни условия за СПА преживявания. А за гостите с малки деца се предлагат достатъчно условия малчуганите да не скучаят, а водният атракцион за деца е невероятно попадение.
− Имахме малко неприятно преживяване със запушена тоалетна, нещо което би трябвало камериерите да са забелязали при почистване на стаите и да са информирали мениджерите за свевременни реакции.

10.0Top neues Hotel ein bisschen ausserhalb an der Peripherie der Stadt. Das Zentrum kann gut zu Fuss erreicht werden. Schöne, grosse, geräumige und saubere Zimmer mit guten Betten und Inhalt. Grosszügige Parkplatzanlage. Frühstück gut. Abendbuffet gut aber eher für Familien mit Kinder geeignet. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und zum Wandern. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
− Die Pools waren teilweise nicht in Betrieb. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.
