− Geen normale tv zenders, balkon vuil, parkeren staat nu een parkeermeter waar je 2 u mag staan. Heel veel stof. En veel moeten ontkalken. We hebben het netter achter gelaten dan aangetroffen.

7.0Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig zur Innenstadt. Das Bett war sehr gut und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Schöner Balkon und bequemes Sofa. Öffentliche Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden.
− Beim Betreten des Hauses empfängt einen ein modriger Geruch. Leider wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt, dass die Wohnung im 3. OG liegt und es keinen Aufzug gibt. Der Einstieg und Ausstieg in die Dusche/Badewanne ist leider hoch und für Ältere beschwerlich. Das beschädigte Parkett im Wohnzimmer gibt der Wohnung leider einen eher ungemütlichen und abgewohnten Touch und das Parkett war nicht wirklich sauber. Ebenso ist der Kühlschrank alt und hätte eine intensive Reinigung nötig. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungverhältnis nicht.
