7.0Location was great. The apartment had a beautiful view of the bay.
− One plug point for fridge which has to be interchange for the microwave oven. If you forget to switch back to the fridge freezer, risk of food getting spoiled in the fridge. The bathroom light was very dim and needs to be replaced.

10.0Very nice and clean apartment. I stayed there for 17 days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The owner was very helpful and always responded quickly to my WhatsApp messages. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed, including spoons, pots, a new dish sponge, and garbage bags. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

− Some of the air conditioning units are not functioning properly (this issue is not related to the remote control). The lifts are extremely slow, which is a concern given that this is a high-density high-rise building with only four lifts serving approximately 420 residential units. The facilities on Level 11 are not well maintained or clean, possibly due to the holiday season with many short-term staycation guests. Additionally, the car parking layout is not user-friendly.
