3.0The location is fantastic… the views are spectacular! The price paid and the amenities included are quite subpar. The apartment could use a little renovation, to bring it to 2025! If you have a family with teens then the bedding is simply not for you! The pullout couch is so bad that you can feel the strings of the mattress on your bones! My kids had a very hard time getting any good sleep even after putting extra blankets and such! The space is quite small cant even walk around if the pull out is open. If you have young kids, maybe its okay to sleep On thar because they are much lighter! The mattress in the bedroom is not very comfortable either… what I mean by a renovation, maybe just new mattresses new pull out couch that people can actually sleep on. No beach equipment whatsoever not even an umbrella or anything! This would be perfect for a couple or young family. Again the location and the views are just incredible otherwise not

8.0− Did not appreciate that someone unlocked the entry door to the unit, and came in, but left when they realized that we were still in the unit. This was one hour prior to checkout. Entry door is directly in front of bathroom.

− The building appeared older and it was odd that you have to make a separate stop to pick up a physical key, when an electronic lock seems so much easier. The couch was terribly uncomfortable. The cushions wouldn’t stay tucked in and kept slipping out. It was low and hard to get out of. The owner should take my fee and get a new couch! Constant knocking and drilling sounds in the unit next door. Went on all day and into the night. Very annoying!
