8.0Location. Air Conditioner worked well.
− Kitchen light did not work. Bed was a full not a queen. But it was comfortable.
Location was great, if you just go to sleep you are all set. Black Crow great for coffee.

− It is just sparse, not comfortable to work or do anything besides sleep. Even a comfy chair in the corner would have been welcome. It was nice there was a washer and dryer but the courtyard smelly and dirty, I realize there are other tenants that you can’t control. Smell through exhaust fan from down below when using. Tub very slippery so be careful.
Met my needs. Not a luxury apartment by any means. Ultimately satisfied with my stay.
7.0A/C worked extremely well. Bed mattress was extremely comfortable. Convenient for my purposes. Shower water was hot.
− Table was too small. Took several 3-5 minutes to get hot water coming from the tub faucet.
If location is your top priority this is fine, but a little high price IMO for the quality of the unit.

− Okay for a short stay, but pretty small and bare minimum on amenities. For the price we paid I would have expected a little nicer, but overall it was fine for a few nights. Host was very responsive.
Location was great but would not stay there again.

− In no way “elegant”. Outside areas worn and dirty - could use a pressure washing and paint. The inside was a time warp except for the TV.

5.0Location great.Good basic studio.Good wi fi good flat screen.Good shower.Ideal for downtown.Good phone response from management.
− Poor check in information.Hard to get key code.Exterior dirty.Lousy pots and pans.Aluminum foil on the burners.Thrift store not Luxury.
