Absolutely ideal
10.0Location was excellent for the purpose of our stay in Tunbridge Wells, easy drive to cricket ground plus it was convenient for Sainsbury's. Beds were very, very comfy and despite weather being sweltering it was easy to ventilate using windows throughout. There was everything we required to prepare meals, wash clothes and be comfortable. As it was a cul de sac the location was quiet. Had occasion to speak to admin. beforehand regarding a query about booking, they kept in touch and it was reassuring to know we could contact them if we had encountered any problems. We should certainly stay there again.
Very, very poor accommodation and extremely overpriced. Damp, dirty, disgusting pillows
1.0− I emailed the company a 24 item list of everything that was wrong - full details and photos provided and available to interested parties. The owners responded to my initial feedback stating they inspected the property and took photos evidencing the standard of cleanliness and maintenance. They have not provided the photos but I have of all the issues I raised with them. Examples are: piles of mail stashed everywhere, presumably for the owner of the property - these should have been removed if they checked the condition, badly cracked bathroom sink, rusty and dirty radiator and bath panel in bathroom, lights not working, damage to paintwork, chipped china, poor quality metal and plastic hangers, damp in bathroom, dirty tissues in furniture, sleeps 6 but only 3 wine glasses and coasters, comfortable seating for 3, food left in cupboards, insufficient toiletries (even for 2 nights), no hairdryer. All of this for the grand sum of £520 for 2 people for 2 nights. Grossly overpriced.
