9.0The apartment was exactly as described. It was bright and fresh, and very clean. The location was great. We were slightly concerned about being on a main road but weren't bothered at all by any noise. The place was beautifully quiet. Joe was a very friendly, responsive and helpful host. The welcome pack was a great touch!

8.0Great location, easy to walk to supermarkets, good off street paring for one car. Quite at night. Well presented. We had a couple of questions and the owner was quick to respond. The apartment felt light and airy, a cheery feel to the apartment. Both bedrooms were spacious. Everything worked.
