I stayed with my elderly parents, wife and two young kids . They all had a good time .

It’s well maintained , good lawn , three air conditioned bedrooms , clean washrooms and taste fully decorated interiors .

− The living room tends to get a bit hot and humid , air conditioning would have made it comfortable .

Beautiful home in a convenient location in Kochi, with abundant parking. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures, if not more--really tasteful wood work in the bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and plenty of space in the living room and dining area. House is a few houses away from the river, which you can easily walk to and see the sunset from. Also a supermarket and some restaurants in walking distance. Overall an amazing stay and well worth its price! Highly recommend.

− Not really a lot of space to cook with (kettle and induction cooktop though), but we were not planning to have any meals there, so it was not necessary for us. Some mosquitos in the area, but electronic mosquito repellent wall attachments are provided and with AC we didn't find them to be a problem.

The whole process was so seamless, The house is so pretty, clean & well maintained. One of the best property i have stayed in Kochin. This is one property i felt they are charging way low for a house like this. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 washrooms with a HUGE outdoor space which can easily fit in atleast 5 cars
