We cannot comment on the property be cause WE COULD NOT PARK THERE SO WE COULD NOT MOVE IN. The only reason we chose this rental was because it had "FREE parking". THE OWNER SENT US A PHOTO OF A PARKING GARAGE BUT THE PARKING WAS ACTUALLY ON THE STREET. Owner would have had to hold a STREET parking space for us - which HE was not able to do. IF a parking space would've been available – which it was not for the LITERAL 120 MINUTES we drove around in circles – we could NOT have left the parking spot for 3 days. We were lucky enough to find another hotel that advertised free parking – that actually HAD free parking lot for our large SUV. Unfortunately the owner of the 1st property, chose to keep 100% of our prepaid night fair – versus listing the property is available for the second night.

− See MIS-REPRESENTED PARKING situation. We are not novice Travelers. Due to a family event we had to rent a large vehicle. We knew beach parking would be minimal – which is why we sought an Apt with free parking. What a disappointment!!!

Emplacement idéal proche de Syracuse en voiture et dans Giardini Naxos permettant de profiter des commerces et restos. Balcon directement sur la mer aménagé avec des transats. L’équipement était très complet avec machine à laver, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.

− C’est un peu bruyant en soirée.

Nice location, clean.

Location on water front is great. And very close to nice beach. Nuccio was very friendly and informative. Close to Taormina. Apartment was very clean and had good welcome package. Air con was good. Highly recommend Antica Pasticceria Salamone for breakfast goods.

− There is no microwave or dishwasher. May be a bit difficult to install in the small kitchen area. Hot water ran out quickly.

Me gustó la ubicación, desayunar enfrente al mar, ver delfines desde el balcón. También me gustó la facilidad del check in y check out, la atención de Nuccio (por mensajes porque no nos vimos), y que el departamento estaba muy bien equipado, muy completo y limpio.

− No me gustó el edificio donde está ubicado, está arriba de un restaurante que tiene mucho olor a comida, la entrada al departamento no es linda, entras por la parte de atrás del edificio, está sucio y es oscuro.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement et son beau balcon face à la mer. Sa situation nous a permis de visiter Taormine facilement en bus et de profiter des bons restaurants. De plus, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Le confort, la propreté et l'accueil en font un appartement fortement recommandé. Merci Nuccio.

− Le seul hic est vraiment l'entrée de l'immeuble qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.
