A localização é perfeita pra quem deseja assistir o show de Andrea Bocelli. A anfitriã é muito solícita. O apartamento é totalmente equipado, mas não tem microondas ou secador de cabelo.

− Infelizmente só há um ar-condicionado para todo o apartamento. No primeiro dia quase não deu conta, mas dos demais deu conta perfeitamente. Mas na região há várias opções sem ar-condicionado, então está já é melhor que a maioria. Não há acesso à piscina disponível para locadores, infelizmente.

Complaint Regarding Our Stay at the Apartment

− I am writing to express our deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your apartment. Unfortunately, the experience was far below our expectations and has seriously impacted our long-awaited vacation. When we arrived, the apartment was not clean. We had to clean the bathrooms, wash the sheets, and mop the floors ourselves upon arrival. Additionally, the overall condition of the apartment was poor — it was dirty, smelled bad, and the water pressure was extremely low. The television did not work properly, as no channels were available. One of the main reasons we chose this apartment was because you told us it had access to a swimming pool. However, we were very disappointed to find out that the pool is only for property owners, and we were not allowed to use it. This was never mentioned before booking. To make matters worse, the apartment is directly in front of the pool area, and the noise from the property owners was constant and very disturbing. Overall, we feel deceived and extremely disappointed. This was our only vacation of the year, and it has been ruined by this experience. What was supposed to be a relaxing break turned into a very frustrating and unpleasant stay. Sincerely,

This was a great choice so much so we indeed coming back and staying longer next time.

Location was special in a quant, undiscovered village in Tuscany. As two couples travelling together, it was perfect to have a bathroom each and the swimming pool was wonderful to come back to at the end of the day. Communication with the owners and their local agents was friendly and extremely prompt.

It was nice & clean. The location was perfect for us to visit Lajatico @the Bocelli concert 🎵 and also see some part of Tuscany and Florence.
