Damp, mould, poor staff, avoid
3.0-Good location -decent shower and pressure
− - the room was extremely damp - the bed sheets aren’t fitted, which means they come loose easily to reveal the mouldy mattresses - the mattresses have mould - staff were inattentive, inconsiderate and dull - no wet paint sign on the freshly painted stage up stairs, which caused me to get paint on my brand new jumper - when we tried to redeem our free cocktail tokens, you would’ve thought we had slapped the staff in the face - there was no alcohol in the free cocktails - multiple times I asked the staff questions, and multiple times they acted as if I was stupid - giving shallow, often one worded answers and making faces like I asked the most obvious and dumb questions. Extremely unprofessional. Not everyone can be happy at their job, but it’s not hard to smile and treat someone like a human being

Guests staying for 5 or more nights will need to make a prepayment deposit of 10%. Reservations that have not received the confirmation deposit will be canceled 7 days prior to check-in. The property will provide further instructions upon booking.
