Family was overall happy with stay
7.0Very large property for my family who stayed here, I had read previous reviews about the large amount of steps to reach the house but feel this should be advertised as it wouldn’t suit everyone. Overall we were happy with the stay.
− Both sinks upstairs kept blocking, the general cleanliness was ok however more detail required in areas such as the kitchen. No basics supplied like tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper. These things when paying this sort of money is expected these days.
Not mobility friendly. Lots of stairs

− Not mobility friendly as large number of stairs to access unit. Parking available but only for small car otherwise need to park on narrow street. Not milk and minimal coffee and tea provided. No guest information or local tips.

8.0We had plenty of room and it was great for everyone to have their own room. Very comfortable
− I wish it had been highlighted about the access up 50 stairs. It was very difficult for myself with having arthritis in both knees, plus we had all of our belongings to carry. Certainly wouldn't have booked if known.
It was a great rental with plenty of space for everyone and felt very relaxing.
10.0The location was great, nice outlook to the native bush and birdlife was great to hear.

− 1. There are two lights in the upstairs bathroom, one of which is broken. The sink in the bathroom is a bit clogged. 2. I live in a room upstairs, and one of the room lights doesnt work, the desk light neither 3. You need to climb over 50 steps to reach the B&B.
Second time saying here and I’d happily go back again!
