1.0− I arrived the apartment at 5pm but there was no key at the key box, the official check in time was 3pm, soon I saw three people inside the apartment, the cleaner still cleaning the apartment, two staff putting stuff into the apartment. What really frustrating me are : 1. I was never informed with the delay of the house after I paid a lot of money for this apartment. 2. The female staff with eye glasses stuck the bag and blocking my only way out from the balcony she did not apologize to me at all. 3. I only able to enter the apartment nearly 7pm. Contact the AI and was promised for refund but 2 months after now I never received anything ☹️

10.0Appartamento pulitissimo e accessoriato. Vicino alla metropolitana e quindi ben collegato. La via è molto tranquilla ma a pochi passi ci sono ristoranti, bar, supermercati e tanto altro.
− L’appartamento è su due livelli e non è consigliato per chi ha problemi motori. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca è la luce che per me è un po’ troppo soffusa
