Unforgettable Serene Stay With Bags of Character
10.0We had an outstanding stay at the Isai Ambalam Annex. The best thing was it truly felt like home. The beautiful interior, wooden furniture etc. really gives a sense of quality, artistry, and care. The gardens are beautiful and the atmosphere tranquil, serene. Our favorite thing were the staff. The uncle night warden and aunty housekeeping became good friends. We will be back to visit them. All our thanks for a fabulous stay! We will tell our friends :)
− There was yoghurt mentioned on the breakfast menu but it never seemed available! :)
Phenyl smell everywhere
2.0The place was calm and that was the only thing I liked
− 1) the entire room and toilet smelled the same - phenyl smell was everywhere. 2) lights didn't work. 3) mattress was smelly and torn 4) curtains seemed torn using fire or something. 5) The cot was making noise every time when I tried to climb it or even when I moved my body a Little.

− There were occasional insects entering the room, which was a nightmare.
