− This is described as a stylish apartment with free parking. The only parking was on the street. Some facilities were okay - the fridge for example. Mostly it had a poor standard of workmanship in a number of areas. It was generally dirty with grime on bannisters, dirty utensils, crockery and cooking pans. The worktop had many crumbs and had not even been wiped and there were greasy marks on the cupboards. Windows were not cleaned and the stairs were very steep and not suitable for young children or elderly. (Guests are charged a £60 cleaning fee - for what?) There is no shower curtain in front of the window. We reported the dirty condition to the service agent and she assured us someone would come to clean and nobody did! The area has a large number of metal gates in front of the front door and window glass on pavements from car break-ins. The final straw was what appeared to be a dead cockroach on one of the beds upstairs. (Many photographs taken) A complete waste of money which deserves a refund.

The apartment was clean and presentable, beds were comfortable.

− We recently stayed at the property at Cross Green avenue Leeds from Friday 25- Monday 28th July. We were unsatisfied with the situation we found ourselves in with the shower. A plumber was sent out the following day which we were appreciative of. However, he never arrived until Saturday evening, and we were still unable to use the shower until the following evening (Sunday). Sealant was put down onto the cracked floor tiles and due to this we had to leave it for some time before showering. Only 1 of us had use of the shower on the following evening (Sunday) as it was still leaking downstairs. So we had the use of the shower on Saturday morning only for our four day stay. The fault was still not rectified as the downstairs neighbours came to advise us, water was coming through again. The purpose of our trip was a weekend of exercising taking part in the iron man. This was not ideal for us when we did not have use to a shower. I sent an email over to you on 01/08 and i have still not received a reply. Therefore the communication from this properly is poor.

Unfortunately we couldn’t stay there, the area was not nice, glass outside the door and windows on the pavement - unsafe area for kids, flat smelt of damp very strongly, bathroom not clean - did not stay one night - booked into a hotel instead - very disappointed Did get a full refund which was amazing - still waiting for the £200 deposit to be returned

Que estaba limpio.

− Escaleras 3 pisos hiper elevadas. Muy incómodo para subir maletas. Nada recomendable para niños ni gente mayor. Barrio no muy seguro. Zona alejada de todo. No comercios ni restaurantes. Hay que coger el coche para todo.
