10.0The property was close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and had great amenities.

4.0The staff were super friendly, and the property was clean.
− The design and engineering was very poor. My room was directly above the fire pit out front, and there were guests hanging out and shouting until 11:30pm. Those same guests left their kids unattended throughout the hotel. They were screaming and running through the hallways at 7am, and 11pm. Though the extremely rude and inconsiderate parents are not the hotels fault, the non-existent noise cancellation/barriers are. For the price I paid and the distance travelled, I wish I had gotten to sleep in the comfort of my hotel room.

10.0Kyle was exceptional in his professional role. Very kind, extremely polite and warm towards us as guests. We will return to this location again 😊
