− Die Wohnung ist mit veralteten Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung der Küche war rudimentär (z.B. 1 Weinglas, 3 kleine Löffel, alte verdreckte Gläser) Hohe zusätzliche Kosten über Wasser- und Stromverbrauch ( ist zwar ausgewiesen, aber erst bei der Abrechnung sieht man, wieviel das ausmacht!) Der ausgewiesene Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist nur für Kleinwagen zu nutzen. Dies müsste klar in der Ausschreibung transparent gemacht werden. Wir konnten nur ziemlich weit weg dann alternativ parken.
