It was a good time away but it was disappointing due to a lack of care and attention to detail.
6.0We liked where we stayed in location to outside amenities. Also that the flat was very clean and tidy. The flat was Bright, Fresh with Modern Décor. It had lots of Cupboard space in the Kitchen and Spacious Large Fridge Freezer. We were given a new dust pan and brush, clean sponges and kettle. The Host came to sort out the internet immediately. The Host listened to our needs and addressed what they could.
− On Arrival we found 4 Fly's, one in the bedroom and three in the living room. The outside of the kettle is too hot and burns your hand upon boiling and the inside was full of limescale. A vey old Cleaning Sponge was left in the sink. The Sofa bed was broken. The toilet Mirror light was faulty. The toilet Flushing Button is coming away from the wall and the flushing mechanism keeps running. The Manuel Valve for the Shower didn't fully turn on so water sprayed from the tap at the same time as the Shower. The Hall Way Heater temperature couldn't be adjusted and the heat in the front room would not come on at all. There was no Dust Pan and Brush. There is a Dangerously loose banister on the stairs and the Lift Jumps when starting and stopping. We kept loosing the Internet signal when trying to watch the Television. One of the Single Beds was so soft that you hit the springs when sitting or lining on it.

− Lift not working - we had luggage & a 4yr old so not ideal! Lack of basic items , I.e. - only 3 bath towels provided and no hand towels for 3 adults and a child. No basin or plug for the sink to wash dishes. Limited cutlery & crockery. Unpleasant (food) smell in landings
