2.0The staff of Auxano Apartment were very cordial and respectful. Note Bilak luxury Apartment &Homes Ltd took me to as Bilak never had any apartment as claimed. They do like 3rd party that gets clients and look out for apartment to take them to. This not nice as it appers they were not properly profiled.
− Bilak fails to fufil what the reservations was for 2 and with breakfast. They keep having problems with Auxano Apartment. Bilak refused to give me breakfast even on the last day. My experience with Bilak was very horrible. It is not what they claimed they are on Booking.com. Booking.com should delist them from thier profile not spoil the good work of booking.com
