La ubicacion es fantastica, la playa está literalmente a unos pocos metros, desde su terraza ver el amanecer y el atardecer son experiencias cautivadoras. La zona es bonita y tranquila. Tienes espacio y equipamiento para disfrutar verdaderamente de la estancia.

− Uno de los baños no tenia ducha, aunque existe una en el patio exterior con agua caliente. Los baños deberian ser moderzados y la ducha existente renovada con un mampara. Hay un motor que a presion al agua que salta cada 15 minutos al menos y se oye en una de la habitaciones.

Nice stay by the beach

We absolutely loved the location just by the beach, the view was stunning and it was quiet in the neighborhood. It was nice that there was a paddleboard, a kayak, sunbeds, even strawhats to borrow! I also have to mention comfortable beds and a big terrace that we were using all the time. It was nic to be taken care of by Evelyn, she was available during our whole stay.

Truly waterfront. amazing location for family and friends holiday

Truly "beachfront". The location is exactly what we dreamed off: open the garden door and step onto the sandy beach. Having kids usually means taking half a house to the beach. Not on this holiday! We just strolled onto the sand, armed with only with beach toys (that the owners left for use) and voilà. things we loved: -Lunches or lounges on the terrace, overlooking the beach; -Outdoor shower and hose to clean off sand; -Private parking (can fit up 2 medium sized cars... but plenty of space on the road as well); -Water toys: kayak and stand up paddle; -Kids toys: beach toys and inflatable pool <3 ; -Beach umbrella ; -BBQ. The team looking after the house and guest is very caring. We had a few issues (coofe machine was broken and they sent a new Moka). but generally made us feel very welcome. -

− This place might not be for you if you do not enjoy traditional Sicilian Beach houses. With this I mean: -Prep space in the kitchen is limited. But who plans to cook a 7 course menu? We were a party of 6 and managed to cook pasta every day, BBQ outside. And there is plenty of room in the livingroom if you need additional space. -Showers are standard Italian size. might feel a bit small compared to large UK/US showers, but again no issue between 6 people of different heights and shapes.

− The house has been a letdown. Arrived on a Wednesday at 15, the hostess was not there. She proceeded to leave a long list of do and don't via WhatsApp: cannot throw toilet paper in the toilet but in a basket nearby and cannot use to much water as the house is not connected to the public sewage. After asking us to wait fot a third party in the house between 19.30 and 21:00 to fill the house water tank,  the  third party arrived to fill the water tank on the second day. We have been told that the water is not safe for human consumption!!! On the second day, we also had to call the property to sort the Internet. Upon arrival we have been informed that we must pay 90 euros for local tax in cash and no receipts were issued. The air-conditioning worked only in one room, there was a fan at the property in a box  that we ended up building ourselves to have some break from the 38 degrees. On Monday we received another message saying that if we finished the water in the tank, we should pay extra 50 euros to refill it, threatened with a 1000 pound charge if we were to clog the toilet. The location is great, but the  patio was infested by ants and the repeating texting back and forth with the hostess did not help relaxing at all. With a price of 2500 euros per week, you would have aspected unlimited water supply, sanitary conditions, and air conditioning.  Unfortunately, after we left  the host tried to say that we broke one bed and put toilet paper in the pipes. We were very careful with the toilet paper as there are also signs  in the bathrooms.  I dont know how they check thEe presence of roilet paper in the pipes, I am left with the feeling that  they just try to squeeze more money out of us.

The location is really great, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and incredible. The town of Pachino is a 10-minute drive away and you can buy everything from fresh pastries to excellent coffee and fresh fish or grilled meat. It is great that the accommodation includes a kayak and a paddleboard. The outdoor showers are amazing. Cooperation with the owner Marco is very good, he sent us videos of the accommodation a few months before our arrival so that we would have something to look forward to. We would love to come back again for a few days in paradise!!

− There is nothing we don't like, maybe just a small recommendation - more sunbeds on the wonderful terrace.

Exclusive beach house

Wonderful beach house with private terrace, where you can fully enjoy the sea and relax. Very well equipped villa, providing also paddleboard and kayak to enjoy the fun. Benefit was also very much caring house-master, providing not just the first breakfast (we arrived at night), but also recommending trips and entertainment through the week. Great service, Evelin!
