− Some of the power plugs needs to be replaced, which is not a big issue- other plugs were available and the host send us a power bar

− Old, elevator didn’t work and both of My parents are on wheelchairs. Furniture very old. The mattress was uncomfortable squeaking because it’s so old. You couldn’t even sit on the edge of the bed. That’s how old and wore out the mattress is.

4.0− The apartment is very spacious. The owners are very respectful, helpful, and cooperative. However, the apartment is old. The building itself is old, and the furniture inside is very old as well. The bedding used in the bedrooms and on the beds is also very old. This does not mean that it is dirty — it is washed and clean — but it has worn out from frequent washing and cleaning, so it does not provide a comfortable feeling for the guest. The furniture in the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms is old. The age of the apartment also results in an unpleasant smell. The location and the space are good for me, but it does not justify the price I paid, and I believe a rating of 10 is exaggerated. I recommend that the owners fully renovate the apartment, including the furniture and bedding.
