− The owner Richy contacted us after making a booking through booking.com to book with him direct going forward, once done this I paid him direct and now he is not giving us access to our accommodation after paying for two weeks, he has since kept our money and not allowed us into digs for one of our booking. He comes across desperate when trying to sort accommodation, constantly phoning at least 20 plus times a day and when done this doesn't fulfil his booking. AVOID at all costs.
