One night stay in Bridgwater

8.0

Easy check in, friendly staff. Bed was fine and breakfast good enough. Not a big choice. Shower was good

Stairs up to room very steep. A fair amount of street noise on a Saturday night. Parking was very tight. They ask you to back in for a reason. Little step up between bedroom and bathroom was easy to catch a foot on

Sehr großes interessantes Zimmer in einem sehr alten Gebäude , freundliches Personal, gutes Essen

Die Lüftung der Küche ist sehr laut und störte beim Abendessen im Gartenrestaurant

Is The Old Vicarage Hotel & Restaurant really a five-star hotel?
Yes. Its own classification data carries five stars; that rating, not a style label, is what puts a property in this collection.

Good to know

Due to the age of the building, there are steep stairs leading to certain rooms, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Furthermore, some rooms have wonky floors, to be avoided if you suffer from any imbalance symptoms.

Please note that parking at the hotel is very limited. Spaces are allocated spaces on a first come, first served basis. However, there is free parking from 18:00 - 08:00 on the road outside the hotel, or 18:00 - 09:00 in close by car parks. Parking tickets will be refunded. There are also 2 drop off spaces outside the hotel.

The Old Vicarage Hotel welcomes well-behaved dogs in the classic rooms for a GBP 15 per night, per dog fee. They will be provided with a dog bed, bowls, treats and toilet bags. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, mess must be picked up and disposed of and no dog may be left in a room on its own. Please inform the property in advance if traveling with a pet. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A deposit may be required at the property.
