The food was excellent, if a little redundant

− For an all inclusive, food was not available at all times, there were times in between where, if we were hungry, we just had to suck it up untill the restaurants opened. Also, for our 7 night stay, we were without power for more than 12 hours, combined, and we are still trying to sort out some sort of rebate because of no air-conditioning in our room, being unable to use the pool having to eat in darkness etc!

Шикарный тихий тёплый пляж. Достаточно шезлонгов, пляжные полотенца выдают. В номере есть сейф, кондиционер, вентилятор, фен, москитные сетки, но москитов много и они прорываются, влажность и сырость высокие. Берите с собой фумигатор, нас закусали. Нам сделали бесплатное повышение номера - побольше кровать, спасибо. Вообще номер и здание устарели, но все изъяны были заделаны-замазаны. Еда и напитки - всё включено, выбор конечно слабоват, но присутствует. Сам не можешь наливать пиво, вино и прочий алкоголь, поэтому есть очереди. Могут наливать в ваши кружки. Персонал разный: кто-то просто бездельничает, кто-то работает. Существенный недостаток - залог 200 USD, который списывается с вашей банковской карты и возвращается через месяц, а также дополнительно они переписывают реквизиты банковской карты и легко могут потом снять любую сумму. Считаю это абсолютно лишним, тем более что оплата за проживание проведена заранее, а на рецепшн дополнительно проведена доплата налогов. Так ещё сверху залог и реквизиты карты, слишком дорого выходит проживание.

Nothing it was so bad we had to leave tge resort within half hour of arriving they deductedan additional usd$200 fpr security deposot amd we did not even stay. I wish to have a full refund.

− The place was discusting rotten room water leaking from the light fittings tiny bed for 2 people. The place was dirty the food at the grill was old slimy chicken that had been out all day.

Amazing location but resort needs some work

Location is really amazing. Stunning beach and not very busy. - We went April. Food choices at the Palms Buffet was great at each meal. Our room was a generous size wth a great view - we chose king size with a sea view. Staff in Long bar were excellent

− Towels and room service are only once a week. Only other place to have evening meal you had to book for and guests were queueing before 7am to book! Decor a bit tired especially in common areas and bathrooms. Wine warm. Gym very poor facilities.
