− The prayer building (الجامع) need more improvement especially the AC as my husband and son suffered from the hot weather inside it in Al Gom3a prayer.

8.0The room was nice and the bathroom was good and there was enough space for a shower the facilities and aqua park was nice my son enjoyed it so much.the most important thing is the food it was amazing all the time which is not expected in all inclusive but we enjoyed every meal in our stay regarding the variety and the quality of the food .

10.0La pulizia sempre continua e costante,oltre che la disponibilità di tutto lo staff! Ottima animazione per bambini! Mio figlio di 8anni ha potuto fare tutti gli scivoli con noi e si è super divertito! Con tutti i ristoranti presenti con le varie fasce d'apertura avevi h 24 cibo.
− Nessuno che comprende l'italiano,tutto in arabo tedesco,russo,inglese e quindi anche l animazione per i bambini con il kids club se sono italiani , come nel nostro caso , non abbiamo potuta fargliela fare... Ultima pecca il cibo troppo speziato per i gusti italiani e quindi poco apprezzato da parte nostra

10.0This place is truly amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hospitality is outstanding. The food at all the restaurants is fantastic variety and tasty, A special shout-out to the Culina team – Mahdouh Ali, Yasser A. Fattah, Basher Mohamed, Ahmed Effat, Ibram Nady, Mustafa Mohamed, and Ahmed Sheka – for making my son's birthday so special with their wonderful surprise! Le Marché restaurant with Mahmoud AboBakr friendly and very helpful. Thanks for Ibrahim lifeguard at the snorkeling area and his kindness and care. Mr. Hamada at the front desk who did all his best to make our stay remarkable. Many thanks to Mr Ali saed and his special Turkish coffe. Amazing people, amazing food and amazing place Great beach with all activities. You don't need to leave this resort. Every thing is available. All this and I'm still assuming that I've seen only 30-40% of resort facilities. Keep up and see you soon

10.0Tesiste çalışanlar guleryuzlu ve çalışkan.Odalar temiz.Denize en yakın odayı verdiler.Bunun için çok teşekkürler.Plaj va havuzlar güzel.Deniz temiz ve sıcak.Erken giriş yaptık ve bizi bekletmeden bir odaya aldılar.Yemekler Türk damak tadını vermese de yeterli.Aquapark eğlenceli.Fiyat olarak dengeli ve bu fiyata bu hizmet çok kaliteli.
