7.0Quartier calme et très agréable avec place de parking attitrée. Beau standing de l'appartement. Extérieur très grand et très bien équipé. Atmosphère relaxante.
− Aucune commodité de base (savon, lessive, produit vaisselle, torchon, pinces à linge et réelle possibilité d'étendage , sel, poivre, huile...). Cuisine aménagée dans une véranda extérieure. Chambres en enfilade. Très peu de prises électriques. Aucune isolation phonique avec l'appartement mitoyen. Appartement globalement trop petit pour quatre adultes.
