Green and quiet
9.0+ fully equipped kitchen + very comfortable appartement + quiet + it is surrounded by plants, you may feel like in some sort of jungle
− - I have small car so there was no problem for me, but bigger cars with low suspension may have problems with parking near the house - appartement is quite dark, well... probably because of unusual localization but on the other hand thanks to that it is so calm and quiet
