− No hot water at all. Had to take cold showers. Very uncomfortable. Parking is expensive, and they charge for the use of the swimming pool. Very difficult to check in if you are a foreigner, the front desk keeps your passport until you check out.

Very poor for a supposedly high class accommodation plus it had a bad smell about it.

− Everything from the front desk staff to the facilities of the unit. You couldn’t swing a cat in the unit it was that small. Being rated 4 star facility the unit didn’t have hot water plus there is no car parking. You have to park outside the boundary of the complex. Staff always questioned why you parking here etc.
