− - ventilation dans la salle d’eau absente mais qui serait indispensable - Dans la chambre donnant sur la rue pas de volets permettant une aération pendant la nuit : à installer car la chambre manque d’air - l’appartement était juste propre - des bruits de pompe très bruyants ont été présents se déclenchant de temps en temps lorsque on ouvrait un robinet mais même parfois en pleine nuit sans écoulement d’eau la wifi n’a jamais fonctionné malgré ce problème signalé au loueur à plusieurs reprises

Loved the hikes around Lanzarote and relaxing back in Casa Morera/Teguise afterwards.
10.0This is a very comfortable single storey house. It is spacious and light, well furnished and tastefully decorated. We loved the internal patio and the very sympathetic blend of old & new. There was a good range of utensils for home-cooking. It was a short walk (minutes) to local cafes and restaurants, and one of the central squares in Teguise. Street car parking was near the house. It was wonderfully quiet at night for sleeping. Teguise was well placed for travelling in every direction - most places were within 40mins drive.
Highly recommended. Pablo’s house in Teguise was the perfect base for a week in Lanzarote
10.0Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops yet on a quiet street away from traffic. The house is bright and spacious and the perfect place to retreat to at the end of a day The little shop next door is open daily till 1pm and very convenient Pablo and his lovely family were always on hand if we had any queries
