8.0- desde o primeiro contato, o Maiquel se mostrou muito presente, passou todas as instruções de forma clara. - o grupo precisou chegar na noite anterior ao checkin e o proprietário facilitou tudo. - o administrador do imóvel, sr. Paulo foi muito prestativo. Desde o início de nossa estadia, ele foi solícito o tempo todo. - utensílios suficientes. Muito bom ter liquidificador e sanduicheira.
− - A limpeza, no geral, pode receber um cuidado maior. - Roupas de cama e banho podem receber um upgrade. - Colchões e travesseiros são itens de gosto pessoal, fato. Para nós, poderiam ser melhores. - Sentimos falta de uma cafeteira.
