10.0Everything was great. Specially the location near the sea. Backyard was beautiful with a fire pit. Responsive

7.0The size was great for our party (plenty of bedrooms and shared living space). It was a new neighbourhood so it was relatively quiet.
− It's a bit far out from the water and main part of Stratford/Charlottetown. We also had an issue with ants in the kitchen. Though the property manager did come out to put down traps and was responsive when messaged, it took a while for them to arrive and the problem was not fixed.

Comfy, quiet, near everything
7.0The quiet neighborhood, near Charlottetown downtown. Bed are really comfy and the outdoor furniture plus bbq. We are at +\~ 1 hours of every attraction and 20 minutes of Brackley Beach! We really enjoy our stay.
− We had a lot of ear-percing and ants in the house, above kitchen and table area. On the counter top and stove. We don’t have enough towel and toilet paper, there were bidets but we are not used to this kind of tool in Quebec.
Overall a great stay, every family member enjoyed it!
9.0Lots of room for 8 people, very clean, nice and calm neighbourhood
− There were only 6 dining chairs, although the house had room for 8 people (and we were 8). The beds in the basement might work great for kids, but my older parents had their issues with them.
