1.0− Fui enganado! Chegando no hotel o mesmo estava desativado, tivemos que alugar outro hotel em cima da hora, no contato telefonico do estabelecimento informaram que nao poderiam fazer nada e eu tinha que entrar em contato por mensagem. Ja passaram 10 dias desde o fato, e ate o momento nao devolveram meu dinheiro.
Não houve estadia, hotel em reformas e não informou ao Booking. Transtorno total.
1.0Hotel estava em manutenção/obras e não informou ao Booking, precisamos encontrar outra acomodação em cima da hora. Péssimo atendimento até msmo pelo telefone. Não recomendo jamais. Empresa sem compromisso com o consumidor.
