1.0− Arrived late at night in the dark with my young family, had messaged owner in advance who said late arrival was no problem and that they would meet us. Was unable to find the property, not lit, no signage, area felt unsafe, tried to call host with no response and had to go back to he airport to spend the night there. On getting signal back in airport the host has sent self check in instructions, which I don't think would have helped much and even a message to say I'd arrived, so had clearly seen us looking unsuccessfully for the door but not assisted or answered their phone. Booked the same day, hrs before arrival due to flight mishap so asked politely for a refund, as clearly nobody else was staying that night and was told blankly, policy is non-refundable with zero consideration towards guests with families or our situation. So paid over 400euros with taxi's for nothing. Awful experience with 3 children under 8, would warn anyone arriving late to avoid and look elsewhere.

10.0호스트가 너무 친절해요 다음날 이른 아침에 공항을 가여해서 묵었는데 택시가 안잡혀서 호스트가 밤에 데리러 오고 다음날 이른 새벽에 공항까지 데려다 주었습니다 내가 그리스 여행에서 만났던 사람 중에 가장 친절해요 숙소 또한 넓고 깨끗하고 세면도구 다 있어서 좋았어요 시간이 있었다면 더 오래 머물고 싶었습니다 추천해요

10.0La casa estaba perfectamente equipada: había agua y comida de cortesía, elementos para bañarse, pastillas para el lavaplatos y jabón para el lava ropas. Xaido estuvo siempre presente y fue muy amable.
