Preis-Leistung passt nicht. Gebuchte items stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein.. Erholungswert stark vermindert
3.0Die renovierte Wohnung, Waschmaschine vorhanden
− Obwohl angeblich WLAN und Klimaanlage inclusive war, musste vor Ort für WLAN pro Woche 35€ bezahlt werden und für Klimaanlage nochmal 50 €. Der Pool wurde nach 1 Woche geschlossen. Dafür wollte uns vor Ort mit 80 € abspeisen. Wir haben 100 € ausgemacht, dann wollte er mir nur 90 € geben. Zum Schluss behielt er noch 15 € von der Kaution, wegen eines defekten Moskitonetzes, das schon vorher nicht ging. Es war bei der Ankunft nicht mal ein Rest Wc-Papier vorhanden, bei Anreise Sonntag Abend. Aus meinen Erfahrungen hatte ich Ersatzrolle dabei. Reisebüro wies darauf hin, dass sie nur 1000€ für die Wohnung von booking.com erhalten, ich habe 1600€ bezahlt. Ist das korrekt? Es waren Töpfe vorhanden, die nicht mit dem Induktionsherd kompatibel sind. ???
