− The staff is not at all proactive, very unhelpful and do not make any effort to make the customer feel comfortable. They are only focused on upselling.
It’s was a great get away.
8.0I liked the staff particularly the Chef Mr. Mani. The food was delicious and well balanced.
− The property was claimed to be dog friendly but not much facility was there for dogs.

− The staff! Didn’t like the staff especially the ones in the concierge. We were made to wait for 1.5 hours to be picked from our room for lunch.
