Excellent location, really appreciated the little touches, hand wash, washing up items, cleaning items, facilities were Excellent. Bed was comfortable being a double my husband's feet over hung but that was known when booked. Plenty of room.

− Very cold when arrived, heating set to 10 degrees with no instructions. Fortunately after playing with the touch screen heating I found how to increase temperature but arriving at 7pm we ended up going to bed to keep warm, by the morning it was great and kept the temperature I had set it to. Would have scored 10 across the board if the heating was on

The apartment was warm and the shower had good pressure

− The apartment should not be described as luxury. Every item I took out to use in the kitchen was dirty, the wardrobe was old with draws that didn't open/close properly and in one draw there was dirty tissue left. The towels were stained and grey due to overuse/washing. The oven didn't work (the grill did). When I checked in the bath had hairs in it, water on the floor and generally wasn't clean. The owner did come and do a clean the next day but failed to check all the kitchen items as described above. Overall for the price it was very disappointing. The beds were not comfy as they had mattress toppers that were soft and lumpy and the fitted sheets didn't fit.
