9.0Die Wohnung ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Ortskern ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Seeblick. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz war für unser Auto nicht befahrbar, aber es gibt ganz in der Nähe einen anderen, auch speziell für dieses Appartement reservierten Parkplatz. Der Weg dorthin ist in der check-in-Anleitung gut beschrieben, man muss sie nur bis zum Ende lesen(was wir erst nicht getan haben). Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

6.0Procédure et accueil pour récupérer les clefs déplorables.On nous demande d'aller à Côme pour récupérer les clefs.Nous arrivons dans une agence.Le personnel ne comprend pas pourquoi nous sommes passés à l'agence...On nous dit que nous n'avons pas de réservation car nous avons annulé...Devant notre étonnement et mécontentement une personne est jointe par téléphone..Après des échanges nous obtenons l'adresse précise et le code de la boîte à clefs... L'appartement est bien.Une table plus grande pour 4 personnes serait appréciable...bref pour le même prix on peut sans doute trouver mieux...
